01 / Agreement & scope
These terms form an agreement between you and the EXIF Canvas developer ("we" or "us") for your use of the EXIF Canvas app and its official website. Contact us at zpf772593693@gmail.com.
Before using the service, please read these terms and thePrivacy Policy. When you choose to use the relevant services, please follow these terms. Where applicable law requires explicit consent, we will obtain it through an appropriate method. Merely visiting this website does not authorize a purchase.
When you download or purchase through the App Store, Apple's applicable platform terms and licenses also apply. These terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
02 / The service
EXIF Canvas is a photo layout and photography watermark tool. The current version offers 32 templates in five categories: Popular, EXIF, Frames, Collage, and Covers. Depending on the template, you can edit aspect ratios, frames, logos, device information, exposure settings, dates, locations, credits, and text. Available editing options may differ by template.
All templates are free to preview and edit. Saving, sharing, and batch export require a valid EXIF Canvas Pro entitlement. The app supports compatible devices running iOS 15 / iPadOS 15 or later. Actual compatibility depends on the App Store product information and app version.
This website provides product information, template examples, policies, and contact links. It does not process photos or sell purchases online. Before the app is released, it is labeled "Coming soon"; this is not a guarantee of a specific release date.
03 / License & usage rules
Subject to applicable law, platform terms, and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible devices. This license does not transfer intellectual property rights in the app, template designs, website, or other resources.
- Only process photos, text, logos, and other content you have the right to use. Respect others' copyrights, image rights, trademarks, and privacy.
- Do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or privacy-violating content, or use altered capture information as false evidence or misleading records.
- Do not unlawfully bypass purchase or permission verification, disrupt the service, or distribute the app, template resources, or built-in assets without authorization. This provision does not restrict activities expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Minors should use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian and obtain their consent for purchases.
04 / Photos & content rights
You retain your existing rights to photos and original content imported into a local editing session. Processing photos with the app does not transfer their ownership or copyright to us. You are responsible for confirming the lawful source and permitted use of your materials, and deciding where to save, share, or publish your work.
You may save and share work made with materials you lawfully use, provided it does not infringe third-party rights. A watermark credit does not automatically grant copyright or prevent copying. The built-in template license does not include the right to separately extract, resell, or redistribute template resources.
Built-in examples in the app and website use generated assets to demonstrate templates. They do not represent real photographs, actual capture locations, or verified camera settings. Camera brand marks belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with those brands. Please confirm any necessary permissions for public or commercial use.
05 / EXIF Canvas Pro & purchases
Plans & charges
Pro offers weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions, as well as a lifetime purchase. Available products, regional currency and prices, billing periods, and any offers are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation screen. This website does not promise fixed prices or trial benefits that are not offered.
Purchases are completed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple account as shown on the purchase confirmation screen. Check the product, price, billing period, and automatic renewal details before confirming.
Automatic renewal
Weekly, monthly, and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless you cancel automatic renewal, Apple renews them according to the confirmed billing period and platform rules. Manage your subscription in advance to avoid canceling after renewal has been processed. For a free or discounted trial, follow Apple's requirement to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Apple's screens and rules govern renewal, charges, price changes, and notices.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the Pro benefits offered by EXIF Canvas, without weekly, monthly, or annual renewal. "Lifetime" does not guarantee device compatibility, ongoing availability of third-party platforms, or perpetual app maintenance, and does not automatically include other products sold separately in the future. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Entitlement verification
The app uses StoreKit to verify purchases and valid entitlements. Network connectivity, Apple service availability, payment review, subscription expiration, refunds, or revocation may affect recognition of access. If a purchase is pending approval, Pro access begins after the transaction completes and is verified. Revoked purchases and expired subscriptions no longer provide their associated benefits.
06 / Restoring purchases, cancellation & refunds
- Restore purchases: Use the Apple account that made the purchase and select "Restore Purchases" on the app's Pro screen. Restoration depends on the valid entitlements returned by Apple and does not charge again for the same non-consumable purchase.
- Cancel a subscription: On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, select the subscription, and cancel it. You can also use Apple's subscription management page. For instructions, see Apple's subscription cancellation guide.
- Delete the app: Uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple auto-renewing subscription. Canceling renewal generally leaves valid access available through the current paid period. Check the expiration status shown by Apple.
- Request a refund: Some purchases may be eligible for a refund. Submit a request through Apple's Report a Problem pageand follow Apple's refund guide. Apple decides eligibility under regional policies and applicable law. We do not guarantee a refund or initiate platform refunds on Apple's behalf.
If a completed purchase does not show the expected access, try restoring purchases, then email us with details. Do not send your full payment card number or Apple account password.
07 / Privacy, exports & backups

JPEGs saved to Photos preserve key EXIF data and existing GPS data from the original. Editing a visible watermark's date or location does not mean the corresponding file metadata has been changed or removed. Before sharing publicly, check that visible text and file metadata match your privacy preferences.
Back up important originals and finished work yourself. The current version offers no cloud draft recovery. Exiting, selecting new photos, deleting the app, or system cleanup may make unsaved editing sessions unrecoverable. You and the system photo service manage photos already saved to your library.
08 / Limitations & responsibility
The app composes work as JPEG images. The export canvas includes frames and collage areas, and its overall longest side is currently limited to 6,000 pixels. Cropping, blurred borders, collage layouts, and JPEG compression affect output size, content, and appearance. Results may differ by system version, display, and source photo.
EXIF data is read from existing photo information and may be missing, inaccurate, or modified. Default values and example settings are provided for layout display, not to certify authenticity or replace original capture records. Check the content before saving.
We maintain the app with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Insufficient device storage, denied permissions, system errors, changes to Apple services, or other factors outside our reasonable control may affect importing, purchasing, saving, and sharing. Email us about issues, and we will respond based on the circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility for issues involving materials you select, content you edit, your sharing actions, and external services corresponds to our own fault. These terms do not exclude liability we must bear by law or limit liability and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
09 / Service & terms changes
We may adjust features and update these terms to improve the product, maintain system compatibility, or meet platform requirements. Updated versions will show their date here. For changes materially affecting paid benefits or user rights, we will provide notice or obtain necessary consent under applicable law and platform requirements.
You may stop using the app at any time. Stopping use or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Service termination, changes to purchased benefits, and related disputes will be handled under applicable law, the agreement at the time of purchase, and Apple platform rules.

These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws binding on the service and transaction. They do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or lawful remedies available where you live. If discussion does not resolve a dispute, either party may seek a remedy from a dispute resolution body with jurisdiction under applicable law.
If a provision is legally invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent they can be independently enforced.
